The Case Management Officer (CMO) provides holistic, culturally safe support to RAES (Remote Australia Employment Service) participants across Fitzroy Crossing and surrounding communities.

They develop tailored Job Plans, help participants build job-readiness, address barriers, and connect them with meaningful employment opportunities.

The role works closely with employers, service providers, and community stakeholders to support robust engagement and sustainable employment outcomes.
