Due to sustained growth, we currently have an exciting full time opportunity. This role will be focusing on technical support for all our machine production ranges.

We provide business-to-business technical after-sales support worldwide for our products.
About you – Skills and Expertise
If you do want to build your career whilst combining your passion for coffee & vending machines and your technical skills, this could be the role for you. This role requires you to involve all technical aspects, including machine training to customer, showroom duty, spare part support, and service. You will report directly to national technical manager.
You can demonstrate your capabilities to effectively work as part of a dedicated team. You possess strong public speaking, organisational, problem solving and analytical skills.You have outstanding attention to details. You're comfortable communicating face to face, on the phone and email. You take pride in a job well done, and act in a professional and courteous manner.
Skills & knowledge:
- Mechanical mind with understanding of electronic & electricity
- Understanding of water/steam hydraulic
- Ability of using tools
- Ability to learn and research
- Ability to teach
- Responsible, respectful, helpful & pleasant attitude
