UpGuard is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to set technical direction across Product Engineering. You’ll stay hands-on in the code while working with leadership on where the platform goes next, raising the bar for how we build across the org.

You’ll join one of our Product Engineering squads, using React/TypeScript on the front end and Go services with Postgres on Kubernetes via Google Cloud Platform. You’ll work with agentic AI tools and help shape testing, review, and deployment from day one.
