In this Guest Service Advisor role, you will be joining the Enterprise Property team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

You’ll go above and beyond to:

- Deliver exceptional front‑of‑house customer service, creating a welcoming and professional experience for colleagues, customers and visitors.
- Greet and assist visitors, manage access requirements and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Support workplace operations through the coordination of mail, courier deliveries and general office services.
- Assist with meeting, event and function space bookings, including room set‑up and preparation.
- Conduct regular workplace and floor inspections, identifying and reporting maintenance and safety issues.
- Manage workplace amenities and services, including locker access and temporary parking allocations.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, visitors and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.




- Contribute to a high‑performing workplace experience team by supporting a range of concierge, hospitality and operational activities.

- Availability Monday to Friday 7.30am – 12.50pm
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences for colleagues, customers and visitors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive problem‑solving skills and a practical, common‑sense approach to resolving issues.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple workplace services.
- Professional, polished and approachable manner, with the confidence to represent the organisation as a front‑of‑house ambassador.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking ownership of day‑to‑day responsibilities.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, concierge or workplace experience roles will be highly regarded.
