The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Bobcat safely and efficiently across a range of site works, including backfilling and levelling, site cleans and general site tidy ups, moving and spreading soil, gravel and other materials, loading and unloading materials, general earthmoving and site preparation, working around construction sites and other machinery, keeping the work area clean, safe and organised, and carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any issues.

About you
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating a Bobcat
- Strong understanding of Bobcat operation and construction site practices
- Experience with backfilling, levelling and site cleans
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Construction experience preferred
- Must Have HR license
