Hilton Cairns is seeking a Concierge to provide tailored information and advice for each guest, drawing on knowledge of Cairns and local attractions. You will offer reservation services, and oversee luggage, mail and taxi services, working in a rotating shift within a rapid-paced environment.

As the welcoming face of the hotel, you will assist guests with enquiries, share tips on dining and events, stay informed about VIP movements and local tourism trends, and help with rostering and training
