Brandbank Group is seeking a Seasonal Customer Care Team Member in Melbourne to support customers across phone, email, live chat and social media during peak trading.

The 5–6 month fixed-term contract ends January 2027, with responsibilities spanning product inquiries, orders, deliveries and returns. You will resolve enquiries with empathy, build relationships, and align with brand policies for a seamless customer experience.
