Mercy Health Group in Geelong is seeking a Care Advisor for its Home Care team. This casual role covers 15–38 hours per week, based onsite in Barwon, with duties spanning client support, care coordination and community re-enablement.

You will join a compassionate team committed to quality patient care and community wellbeing. The role values robust organisational skills, excellent communication and teamwork, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve in a busy healthcare setting.
