Cafs is seeking an OHS & Wellbeing Lead to champion a safe, healthy and inclusive workplace in Ballarat, VIC. You will drive Cafs' Occupational Health and Safety Management System and provide expert support to leaders and staff on safety, wellbeing and return-to-work practices.

The role requires robust knowledge of OHS legislation, risk management and psychosocial hazards, with coaching and stakeholder engagement to embed a proactive safety culture across the organisation.
