UnitingCare Health is seeking a Commissioning Coordinator to support aged care refurbishment and current spaces. You’ll coordinate with clinical and operational teams, organize readiness plans and handover activities to ensure a smooth transition to operation.

This 12-month contract offers hybrid working by agreement, with opportunities to develop project management skills, maintain documentation, and help residents and teams in busy care environments.
