WorkCover Queensland is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Technology Services team. This hands-on role provides first-line IT support across devices and workplace tech, handling incidents and service requests to keep staff productive.

You'll work with ServiceNow or similar tools, create knowledge articles, and contribute to ITSM initiatives. We value customer focus, collaboration, and explicit communication as we help Queenslanders stay connected and supported.
