Social Futures Ltd in partnership with headspace is seeking a Social and Emotional Wellbeing Worker to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 12–25 within a cooperative clinical team.

You will provide intake, triage, referrals, and risk support while helping build partnerships with community organisations to improve access to headspace services and resilience among youth in NSW.
