The Langham, Gold Coast is seeking a vibrant and experienced Group Reservations Officer to support the Reservations Manager in overseeing the group reservations operations. You will handle inquiries, bookings, cancellations and quote rates to maximise room revenue in line with Langham Brand Standards.

You will coordinate group blocks, rooming lists and contracts for large groups and assist the Sales team with in office meetings as needed.
