Go Fractional is seeking a Head of Customer Operations to own the strategy, performance and continuous improvement of our customer operations function. You will lead Customer Service, Delivery and Escalations teams to deliver exceptional customer experience at scale.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave, onsite at Carma HQ in Australia. We’re after a proven leader who thrives in quick-paced, scaling environments and can build high-performing teams and drive lasting
