G4S Australia and New Zealand's Long Bay Forensic Hospital is seeking a Team Leader to manage a dedicated security team in office, overseeing officers and control room operations.

This permanent, full-time role focuses on on-floor leadership, rostering, training, and compliance with site policies, with Monday–Friday hours (7:30am–3:30pm). You will report to the Operations Coordinator and uphold high safety and service standards.
