Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily banquet and event operations to ensure smooth, high quality service
- Lead, train, and support the banquet team to deliver consistent service standards
- Manage event setup and pack down according to client requirements and event orders
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address service issues promptly
- Coordinate closely with clients, chefs,



and event coordinators for seamless execution
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Conduct pre event briefings and post event reviews
- Manage inventory, equipment, and cost controls, including rosters and payroll
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for banquet staff
- Ensure accurate daily postings and complete detailed post event reports
- Assist other F&B; outlets when required

What You'll Bring:

- Experience in food and beverage operations, ideally within banquets or events
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and support a diverse team
- A guest focused approach and commitment to delivering high quality service
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events smoothly
- Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene requirements
- Ability to manage basic cost controls, rosters, and inventory
- Qualified presentation and adherence to grooming standards
- Flexibility and availability to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
