YMCA Queensland is seeking a Youth Work Advisor on a Permanent Full time basis to lead practice development across multiple campuses, with regular travel to sites including Fortitude Valley. The role focuses on coaching Youth Workers and Senior Youth Workers within the Y Schools Queensland wellbeing framework, to enhance student engagement and wellbeing outcomes.

You will partner with campus leadership and the Head of Wellbeing to strengthen trauma-aware, relational and strengths-based practice,
