Stanmore Resources, an Australian mining group, seeks a Senior HR Advisor for South Walker Creek mine site on a full-time basis (9 day fortnight). Reporting to the HR Superintendent, this role provides end-to-end HR partnership to site leaders with influence over workforce strategy.
You will advise on workforce planning, organisational design, employee relations and performance management, lead change initiatives and coach senior leaders in a fast-paced mining workplace.
