Opal HealthCare in Ivanhoe is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator (RN) to lead clinical management, care planning and staff education in our Ivanhoe Grand Care Community.

This permanent full-time role requires current AHPRA registration, at least two years’ RN experience, and familiarity with AN-ACC; mentoring and development programs are available through the Opal Healthcare Academy, with adaptable shifts and opportunities for career progression.
