Marathon Health is seeking an Aboriginal Youth Wellbeing Worker for the headspace Outreach Program in Dubbo, NSW. This full-time role (75 hours per fortnight) focuses on supporting young people, building trust, and connecting families to essential services in Wiradjuri Country.

You will travel to rural and remote communities, delivering culturally secure guidance and activities to 12–25-year-olds. The role emphasizes community connection and First Nations leadership.
