This role supervises After-hours Nurse Coordinators and casual staff, ensuring protected, quality care and efficient service delivery within a busy CBD hospital.

In collaboration with the Director of Nursing, you will drive data-informed decisions, workforce planning, and fiscal management while delivering exceptional care and staff development
