Traction Group in Sydney is seeking a agile originations-focused role for equipment finance, working on vendor/partnership linked solutions. You will hunt new suppliers, expand existing networks, and drive simple leasing programs that help customers fund depreciating assets.

The role is on-the-road, Sydney-based but not limited to NSW, with a focus on training staff and increasing finance penetration across dealer networks.
