Charterhouse is seeking an experienced Property Officer / Asset Performance Officer to support maintenance contracts across NSW. The role is hybrid, with travel across NSW and accommodation provided where required, and initially a 6-month contract with possible extension.

The position focuses on administration of maintenance programs, estimating, site visits, and ensuring contractual compliance under LAHC standards and the Building Code of Australia.
