You will own the kitchen as the senior presence when the Head Chef is offsite, delivering quality meals for 200-270 guests and maintaining strong kitchen leadership on weekdays.

The role offers a balance of reliable kitchen challenge with a steady roster, ensuring evenings are free and opportunities to develop with the company.
