Afford Disability Services in Caboolture and Bribie Island seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead our Homes and Living services, guiding a team of Support Workers to deliver secure, person-centred care.

Reporting to the Operations Manager – Homes and Living, you will oversee rostering, client goals and NDIS plans, ensure quality and compliance, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while travel between sites as required.
