Pathways Health Management is seeking a dedicated Resident Experience Manager for our Cronulla residence. You will lead the resident journey from admission through to discharge, ensuring a premium experience that reflects our luxury residence standards.

You will coordinate dining, hospitality and personalised services while collaborating with Administration, Catering, Housekeeping and Laundry teams to deliver exceptional service and responsive support to residents and families.
