Focus Finance, a Newcastle-based mortgage brokerage, is seeking a Broker Associate to support brokers across home loans, complex lending, and investor scenarios. You’ll review client information, analyse documents, package applications, order valuations and liaise with lenders to keep deals moving from enquiry through to approval.

You may not need prior lending experience if you are sharp, driven and curious; the firm offers a transparent career pathway and a Training Academy to develop you properly.
