Kitten D'Amour is seeking an Online Fulfilment & Customer Experience Officer based at our Capalaba Head Office. This full time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with rare Saturday work during busy promo periods.

You will deliver exceptional service via email and phone, manage Shopify content, process orders, handle returns and support online content; you will also engage with our online community and keep operations efficient.
