Nurse Next Door Melbourne is seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker (PCA) to provide one-on-one aged care and disability support in Hawthorn and surrounding suburbs. You will travel to clients' homes and tailor care to individual needs, promoting independence and wellbeing.

The role requires at least 1 year in aged care or disability support, valid Australian work rights, and a Certificate III/IV in relevant services. NDIS screening or ability to obtain is essential.
