Compass Education in Melbourne seeks a Director, Strategic Government Accounts to lead our most significant government and enterprise relationships. You’ll own senior government partnerships, shaping delivery and commercial outcomes with strategic stakeholders.

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you’ll head the Strategic Government Accounts team, aligning with executive, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Finance and Legal to deliver complex programs and renewals at scale.
