The Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker to join the Mental Health Inpatient Units at Northern Beaches Hospital. You will deliver psychosocial assessments, interventions, advocacy, care coordination and discharge planning for adults across multiple units.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will apply evidence-informed social work practice in line with AASW codes and NSW Health policies, with emphasis on recovery-oriented and person-centred care and
