Site Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Eagle Farm. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a solid operations background who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys mentoring and developing teams.

You will oversee day-to-day traffic management operations, coordinate the workforce, conduct onboarding and training, manage rostering, audits and safety, and build lasting relationships with clients and crews to drive profitability.
