Compass Group Australia is hiring Chefs to support Defence catering at Lavarack Barracks and RAAF Base Townsville. These full time positions offer growth within a supportive kitchen team and exposure to high-volume meal production.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with experience in bulk catering, strong HACCP knowledge, and the ability to obtain Defence clearance. Excellent organisational skills and a team-focused attitude are essential.
