Mercy Community is seeking a Lifestyle Facilitator for our Residential Aged Care Facility in Nudgee. This permanent full time role focuses on delivering engaging activities and meaningful experiences for residents.

You’ll tailor activities to individual needs, run group programs, and help design monthly calendars in collaboration with the Facility Manager, while tracking outcomes to measure impact.
