Connect2Care is actively seeking an Occupational Therapist for a community-based role in the South East of Perth. The position offers full-time or part time hours with relocation support (interstate & international) and the option to work from home or hub locations across Australia.

You'll join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based services via community, telehealth, and centre-based care, with a strong focus on NDIs goals and functional outcomes.
