CEA is seeking an experienced Technical Capability and Quality Specialist to strengthen technical capability, consistency and quality across our national network. You will lead training, diagnose faults and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with OEMs and branch teams.

You will mentor apprentices, develop training materials and establish capability pathways, reporting to the National Technical Capability and Quality Manager.
