We are seeking a dynamic sales professional who enjoys travelling, prospecting new clients, delivering exceptional sales results, and closing new business opportunities. This is a hands-on role suited to a passionate business development professional with proven prospecting and sales expertise and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.

About The Role

Mandala Hotels and Resorts values people first. As a Business Development Manager contractor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The skills and talents you bring will play a critical role in maintaining high standards and maximising performance.This role supports one of our destination properties,



StayKCC - a leading destination for school camps, conferences, faith-based events, group accommodation, event venues and team-building experiences.

What Your Days Might Look Like

Build a pipeline of potential new business

Pitch to prospective partners via phone, online meetings, or where possible, in person

Close new business

Maintain reporting and provide pipeline updates

About You

Proven experience in recent business development

Sound knowledge of building prospecting pipelines

Solid communication and above-average presentation skills

Experience using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel

Able to work autonomously and problem-solve effectively

Willingness to travel to venue location (2-4 times per month)

Current ABN registration

Experience in hospitality sales, conferences, corporate, sports, schools and events required

Competitive hourly rate

Currently 2 days per week (flexible hours across the week)

Remote/work-from-home role

Support from Mandala Hotels and Resorts Central Team
