This autonomous, remote role reports to the GM-Industrial Replacement and focuses on growing Gates IR sales through distributors and key customers across QLD/NT.

The role involves managing channel partners, conducting technical/commercial presentations, and executing growth initiatives with extensive field travel and a generous incentive bonus.
