Randstad, in partnership with ALPA, seeks a Store Manager Couple to lead remote Arnhem Land supermarkets. You will oversee operations, mentor local staff, and help deliver ALPA nutrition and service standards while living on site in remote communities.

This role offers free accommodation and utilities, 7 weeks of leave with 17.5% leave loading, 14% superannuation, and a mobile/ streaming allowance. You will drive community development and stock control in challenging outback conditions.
