Fresh Hope Communities is seeking a Quality and Education Lead, a Registered Nurse who will partner with Leadership, Clinical and Residential Care teams to drive quality, compliance and workforce capability. The role focuses on strengthening governance, education delivery and continuous improvement across a single Home in NSW.

You will lead audits, coordinate education programs and coach teams to elevate resident outcomes and service delivery under the recent quality standards.
