Rostrevor Group is seeking experienced Excavator Operators and Mobile Crushing Operators to join our dynamic team in Melbourne to work across multiable sites, Victoria. As a full time employee, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our construction projects, operating heavy machinery to support our operations.
What you'll be doing
Operate excavators, loaders, and mobile crushing equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
Perform routine maintenance and pre-start checks on assigned machinery
Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Communicate effectively with the site supervisor and other team members
Contribute to the successful completion of construction projects
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience operating excavators and/or mobile crushing equipment
Demonstrated knowledge of construction equipment operation and maintenance
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant licences and certifications (e.g. forklift, high-risk work)
