Travel to service stations across Australia to coordinate final preparations and openings. You'll work closely with the operations team, contractors, suppliers and commission agents to get everything organised, resolve outstanding issues and support a smooth opening.

Key responsibilities

- Travel to service stations across Australia to coordinate final preparations and openings
- Organise deliveries, equipment installation, shop shelving, fridges, signage and opening stock
- Confirm electricity, water, internet and other essential services are connected and working
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure fuel dispensers, tank monitoring, POS, EFTPOS and security systems are ready
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to complete outstanding work and resolve issues
- Check that required approvals, inspections and operational documents are in place before trading begins
- Support commission agents and site staff with opening procedures and operational setup
- Complete site opening checklists and follow through on outstanding items until they are resolved
- Provide management with clear progress updates and flag anything that could delay opening




- Support each site after opening to address initial issues and complete the handover to operations

About you

- Experience in service station operations, retail site openings, facilities coordination or a similar hands-on role
- Robust organisational skills and the ability to coordinate several people and tasks at once
- A practical approach to solving problems and getting work completed
- Clear communication skills and confidence dealing with contractors, suppliers and site teams
- Attention to detail, particularly around safety and site readiness
- Ability to work independently and meet opening deadlines
- A current driver's licence
- Availability for regular travel throughout Australia and overnight stays as required
- Flexibility to work around site opening schedules, including occasional weekends
