Xplor is seeking an SDR Manager to lead and scale our outbound SDR function across APAC, starting with Australia. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and grow a high‑performing SDR team while driving consistent pipeline for our Account Executives.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring success in building outbound teams, establishing prospecting best practices, and developing SDRs from hiring through ramp and ongoing performance management.
