Fitness Cartel Cairns is seeking a Club General Manager to lead the pre-sale and launch of our recent Cairns club. You will recruit and lead a founding team, set the tone for culture and performance, and drive membership growth through targeted pre-sales, partnerships, and events.
Working with the executive team, regional managers and directors, you’ll own the pre-sale strategy, oversee operations readiness, monitor KPIs and revenue, and build a thriving local fitness community from day one.
