You must have a strong skill set in the following areas:
Confident commercial and financial management skills
Outstanding programming skills – an ability to develop and maintain realistic construction programs and proactively manage delays and critical path issues.
Have strong risk management, safety and quality management overview
Be a true leader, a motivator and someone who is able to be a confident advocate for the company to stakeholders, internal staff and clients.
A relationship driven communicator who can navigate live environments, challenging stakeholder and client situations and can confidently deliver complex fit out and new build projects from start to finish.
