Adore Beauty is seeking a CX Operations Lead on a 12-month maternity leave contract in Australia. You will own the day‑to‑day optimisation of Zendesk and oversee CX workflows, content, and automation to deliver smooth customer experiences.

You’ll collaborate across the CX tech stack, support warehouse and fulfilment teams, and drive readiness for promotions and launches while continuously improving processes and customer communications.
