This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, customer service, and keeping multiple moving parts organized while creating seamless travel experiences.

In this role, you'll use established systems, digital tools, and comprehensive training to organize travel itineraries, coordinate reservations, monitor booking progress, and communicate with clients throughout the planning process. You'll work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and provide itinerary updates
- Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs
- Monitor reservation changes, travel schedules, and outstanding booking items
- Maintain organized digital records and client documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
