Service Concierge - Eastern Honda and Chery Doncaster (Full time)

Eastern Honda and Chery Doncaster, part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group, is looking for a Service Concierge who knows how to deliver an excellent customer experience from the moment a customer arrives through to vehicle handover.

As a Service Concierge, you’ll play a key role in welcoming customers, coordinating their service journey, keeping them informed throughout the process, and ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards.

About the role

As a Service Concierge, you’ll support the service team by welcoming customers, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience from arrival through to completion.





Key responsibilities

- Welcome and manage all service customers as they arrive.
- Address queries and provide assistance, or direction in a courteous and professional manner.
- Liaise with Service Advisors and workshop staff to communicate customer needs, requirements or updates.
- Answer incoming calls, provide information to assist, or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or elsewhere.
- Administrative support as required.
- Ensuring all customers receive the highest standard of service.

About you

You’ll bring:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The highest possible standard of customer service skills.
- Willingness to go above and beyond in the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service positions.
- The ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Current Driver’s License.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
