What You’ll Be Doing

- Cook and present high-quality dishes with attention to detail




- Contribute to the development and refinement of recipes and techniques
- Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations , ensuring readiness and preparation
- Follow instructions, delegate small tasks and cross-check completion
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and record-keeping
- Monitor stock and assist with inventory management
- Support productivity, teamwork and positive kitchen culture
- Assist with food cost reporting and wage control under guidance

What You Bring

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Commis Chef (fast-paced kitchen preferred)
- Genuine passion for cooking, learning and delivering memorable experiences
- A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene
- Strong communication and willingness to support others
- Desire to grow within a successful restaurant group
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery OR at least 3 years’ experience (preferred)
- Experience with Southeast Asian cuisine is highly regarded — but not essential if you have the right attitude!
