Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, established as a vehicle to manage the operations of Richmond’s health, fitness and leisure business activities. About the role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaners to help maintain our facilities to the highest possible standards.

As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers can enjoy a clean, safe and well-presented facility every day. You will take pride in maintaining a valued community asset and understand the important role cleanliness plays in delivering great customer experiences and supporting customer retention.





This role requires someone who is disciplined, thorough and committed to high standards. Flexible availability and the ability to work a variety of hours is highly regarded.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Undertaking cleaning tasks in accordance with shift checklists and cleaning schedules.
- Removing waste and recycling throughout the facility.
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and in accordance with guidelines and procedures.
- Maintaining change rooms, program areas and other customer spaces to the highest possible standard.
- Ensuring the facility is presented from the customer's perspective and always looks its best.
- Completing reports, checklists and required documentation.
- Working safely and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Delivering excellent customer service and supporting a welcoming environment for all facility users.

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a leisure, recreation, aquatic or community facility.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks.
- A positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- A current Working with Children Check (or equivalent), and the ability to satisfy relevant pre-employment screening requirements if required.
